Ruby red wine. In the aroma it presents notes of black fruit (plum, cherry) with a mentholated vegetable complexity. In the mouth it is a wine with a body, tannins present but pleasant and with a persistent finish.
Manual and mechanical harvest. The grape varieties were individually fermented at a temperature between 25º and 29º, after which the lot was made.
