Vinification: Hand-harvested and sorted at the winery, this clusters were destemmed, slightly crushed and went directly to the press for a very soft pressing. Most of the must fermented in stainless steel tanks was free-run must, to preserve all the freshness and pure fruit from the grapes.
Colour: Very soft pinkish color, with salmon hints.
Aroma: The aroma is based on soft raspberry, strawberry and watermelon.
Palate: This dry style rosé is very refreshing, gastronomic and delicate. Perfect to go along with fish, seafood and pasta dishes.
